To achieve and encourage our residents independence and choices, we placed patio doors in our lounge area to add a visual view to encourage our residents into our garden area. 

Ramps and handrails were fitted to ensure safety, we added a dementia garden with comfortable furniture and included wall art and wind chimes, lavender plants and flowers for the residents to enjoy. Our residents can sit peacefully and watch our chickens cluck away with the added benefit of fresh air.
